1. Correct Information

False or misleading information may lead to account suspension or removal.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and PIN confidential. Any activity performed using your account will be treated as your responsibility.

Do not share your login details with another person.

3. Authorized Use Only

This system is only for authorized users of the business. Users must only access the features and information assigned to them by the owner, administrator, or branch manager.

Unauthorized access, misuse, or attempts to bypass system permissions are strictly prohibited.

4. Data Accuracy

Users must enter correct sales, stock, customer, supplier, payment, expense, repair, and warranty information.

Any intentional entry of false records, fake sales, wrong stock figures, or misleading financial data may lead to disciplinary action.

5. Stock and Sales Responsibility

Cashiers, inventory officers, managers, and other users are responsible for the transactions they record in the system.

All sales, refunds, stock adjustments, transfers, and expenses must be done according to the business rules.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

Business information stored in the system is confidential. This includes sales records, product prices, buying prices, profits, customer details, supplier details, and reports.

Users must not copy, share, export, or disclose business data without permission.

7. User Permissions

Each user will be assigned a role with specific permissions. Some actions may require approval from a manager or owner, including refunds, voiding sales, stock adjustments, price changes, and report exports.

The system administrator has the right to modify, limit, suspend, or remove user access at any time.

8. Audit and Monitoring

The system may record user activities, including login time, sales, edits, deletions, stock changes, refunds, report exports, and other important actions.

These records are used for accountability, security, and business protection.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are not allowed to:

• Share login credentials

• Delete or alter records without permission

• Make fake sales or fake refunds

• Manipulate stock quantities

• Access another user’s account

• Export business data without approval

• Damage, copy, or reverse-engineer the software

• Use the system for illegal or unauthorized activities

10. Account Suspension

The business owner or administrator may suspend or remove a user account if the user violates these terms, misuses the system, or is no longer authorized to access the system.

11. System Updates and Changes

The system may be updated from time to time to improve performance, security, reporting, and business operations.

Users may be required to follow new rules or procedures after system updates.
